The CBSE conducts the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) to certify eligibility for teaching Classes I–V (Paper-I) and VI–VIII (Paper-II) in central government schools.

Eligibility

Senior secondary / graduation with the required teacher-education qualification (D.El.Ed / B.Ed).

Age Limit

Age relaxation applicable as per government rules for reserved categories.

Selection Process

Computer-based test (Paper-I and/or Paper-II).
