UPSC conducts the Engineering Services Examination (ESE, also called IES) every year to recruit Class-I engineering officers across Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Electronics & Telecom streams.

Eligibility

Engineering degree (B.E/B.Tech) in the relevant discipline.

Age Limit

21 – 30 years

Age relaxation applicable as per government rules for reserved categories.

Selection Process

Prelims, Mains and Personality Test.
